Why is it that constantly take into account what others think of us? If approved, then all is well. Otherwise, we become hopeless or die trying to get that coveted seal of approval or acceptance. It's like high school again and again.

We know it is unrealistic to expect that everyone has a body good enough to escape or magazine covers sports and fitness.
